“We train the whole athlete”

A fast bike with good suspension will only get you so far. Powerful engines alone do not win championships. You need a fast rider, a strong rider. What makes a rider strong is equal parts fit body and fit brain. Training a “complete racer” that is prepared from head to toe for competition is how a champion is made in this day and age.

 

Speed Lab is located in Performance Fitness & Nutrition, a fixture in the South Florida health and wellness community for over 10 years. We offer strength and endurance training plans, athletic testing, muscular recovery, and nutritional support for athletes. At Speed Lab, our focus is on providing customized training plans based on an athlete’s fitness goals and the demands of their sport or lifestyle. We work with athletes to identify areas of strength and weakness and through our proprietary training methods, which can help reduce recovery time, improve athletic training, and enhance the performance of our athletes. Under the direction of Coach Filippo Barbieri, Speed Lab is the premier national training center for both amateur and professional athletes.
